Update #12 (About Anime Expo + New Screenshot)
– Fri, Jun 30, 2017 at 11:03:42 PM
Hi,
To anyone attending Anime Expo this weekend, thanks to Alpha's Adventures publisher Sekai Project/Denpasoft, there will be free AA postcards available from their booth!
Here is the postcard design:
And here is where you can find their booth:
Updates from Alpha's Adventures will also be showcased during this Denpasoft panel:
Apart from assets shown in KS updates already, there will be some new content in the form of a video showcasing a new post demo scene with Alpha and Iori.
I'll upload the video here for everyone else to see once AX is over.
For now here is a preview screenshot from it, featuring a new background!
That's all for this update, I hope those of you attending AX have fun!
Update #11 (About Steam VS Denpasoft)
– Fri, Jun 30, 2017 at 12:53:47 AM
Hi,
I have been asked if there is any advantage in picking Steam over Denpasoft and vice versa, so I'd like to address that publicly here.
There is no real 'advantage' one way or the other, as the version that works better for you will all depend on your own preferences.
The Denpasoft version will have the 18+ content at base, no patch needed. There is also the possibility of a special bonus (details to be decided) being made especially for the Denpasoft version, which will be distributed to those who choose it.
The Steam version will have a free 18+ patch provided for it, and there is a possibility of implementing things like Steam achievements/trading cards for the Steam release in the future.
I hope this update clears any confusion up! If reading this has made you want to change which platform you receive the game on, you can change your answer at any time before the survey is locked down, which you will be given prior warning for :)
Update #10 (Backerkit Is Live!)
– Thu, Jun 29, 2017 at 10:12:27 PM
The smoke screen test was well received, so I've gone ahead and sent Backerkit surveys to everyone else. Please be sure to check your email and respond as soon as you can!
If you are a backer and haven't received your survey email yet (be sure to check your spam folder just in case!) you can request for it be sent to you again here:
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the Backerkit email with the survey, click the survey link to respond and complete it.
There is only 1 question for every pledge level and that is whether you would like to receive the digital game on Steam or Denpasoft.
The rest of the survey will be filling out your personal details as required, with the option to upgrade your pledge or purchase add-on's if you like.
After you complete your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before the survey is closed. I will make an update before this happens, so don't worry about making changes!
Lastly, if you know anyone who missed out on the campaign please help spread the word that Alpha's Adventures is open for pre-orders through Backerkit:
If you have any questions about Backerkit not answered here, please feel free to post a comment or send me a private message through Kickstarter :)
Funds Status and Backerkit Progress!
– Thu, Mar 23, 2017 at 12:11:38 AM
Hi there, just a quick update on how things have been progressing since the campaign ended!
There are now only 2 days remaining until Kickstarter finishes processing everyone's pledges. However, my bank may need a few extra days to deposit the KS funds into my account, so I won't have instant access to said funds until this process has also been completed.
While waiting for the funds to finish processing, I have been getting to grips with Backerkit and am happy to announce that both singular Dakimakura and Mousepads will be available as add on options, which I received requests for during the campaign.
For those who missed out on the chance to back this Kickstarter, I will also be hosting pre-orders for certain rewards from this campaign as well.
I hope to be posting another update soon, so be sure to keep an eye out for it!

This past month sure has been one heck of a crazy ride, and I couldn't have loved it more.
I will continue working hard to deliver on your expectations over the coming months that will follow during this project's development, and I will make another update as soon as the Kickstarter funds have been processed into my account and the development process can formally start.
I wish to extend my sincerest gratitude and thanks to everyone who chose to support and be a part of this journey with us.
I'd also like to leave you with this lovely piece of fanart that was done by the artist responsible for this project's charm designs, who you can support here:
